Our Services & Our Team

Insurance & Billing

Many of our providers are in-network with Premera Blue Cross, Regence BlueShield, LifeWise, First Choice Health Network, and Kaiser PPO plans. Because participation varies by provider and insurance benefits differ by plan, coverage is not the same for every clinician or service.

We are also actively contracting with Molina, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna. While these agreements are not yet complete, we are happy to discuss your options, including out-of-network benefits where available.

If you're unsure whether your provider is in-network or have questions about your benefits, our team is happy to help. Contact our office before your first appointment, and we'll gladly verify your coverage and explain your options.

  • Felicia Lynn, BA, SUDPT

    Executive Director, Counselor

Felicia founded Soundview Behavioral Health with a simple vision - to build an agency where clinicians feel valued, supported, and equipped to focus on what matters most—their clients.

After years of working as a counselor and witnessing how burnout impacts both providers and the clients they care for, Felicia knew a different approach was needed. She founded Soundview with a clear mission: to create a supportive, well-organized environment where clinicians are empowered and clients receive the highest quality of care. By investing in strong systems, meaningful support, and a healthy clinical culture, Soundview strengthens the wellbeing of providers and ensures exceptional care for every client.
